Inspired Entertainment, one of the forerunners in gaming technology, has done something, that might end
up inspiring other game providers in the long run. The news says that a new project called Re-Play
Esports has been launched in collaboration with Betano. This partnership will integrate Counter-Strike
with traditional virtual sports. The aim is to expand Betano’s range of offerings.
About The Launch
Betano, owned by Kaizen Gaming, operates in Europe, South and North America, and Africa. It also runs
the Stoiximan brand in Greece and Cyprus. Thus, it has become the first brand to launch Re-Play eSports.
This will integrate traditional virtual sports with fixed-odds eSports. The deal includes continuous 24/7
eSports events through Inspired’s Virtual Sports platforms. Re-Play eSports features exclusive footage
from CS: GO’s Champion of Champions Tour, where professional teams compete globally. The platform
uses official in-game data and video feeds provided by Grid.
Ian Freeman, the CCO of Virtual Sports at Inspired, commented on the new launch. He noted that esports
is a rapidly evolving activity with a global audience surpassing 500 million. Freeman highlighted that
Kaizen Gaming, a leading operator in the industry, recognizes the potential for increased revenue from
their products in both Virtual Sports and esports betting. He also mentioned that integrating virtual sports
with esports opens up a new market, presenting significant opportunities. This move is expected to attract
new players and offer current players an exciting new gaming experience.
Vangelis Kalloudis, Gaming Senior Product Manager at Kaizen Gaming, added that they are the first
operator to launch Re-Play eSports with Inspired. He hailed Inspired as a company known for its
innovative content production. He also explained that Re-Play eSports complements their existing Virtual
Sports collection and introduces a new category of sports betting. This expansion allows them to reach
beyond traditional Virtual Sports and continually enhance the customer experience.
