EveryMatrix has made a significant move by proposing to acquire all shares of Fantasma Games AB. The offer is set at SEK 59 (€5.21) per share, amounting to a total cash deal of SEK 209.8 million (€18.5 million). In a recent statement, EveryMatrix indicated that they will release more information once the acquisition is finalized. They also noted that more than 50% of Fantasma Games shareholders have already signed agreements to sell their shares.
For the deal to proceed, it requires the acceptance of at least 90% of shareholders. This acquisition is expected to enhance EveryMatrix’s aggregator, SlotMatrix, which is expanding its offerings through in-house game development at Armadillo Studios. Fantasma Games has experienced impressive growth recently, achieving an EBITDA of €395,000 for the second quarter, along with a solid profit margin of 36%. This acquisition reflects EveryMatrix’s ambition to continue its record of consistent growth over the years.
EveryMatrix To Benefit
The B2B igaming software provider states that the acquisition will greatly enhance EveryMatrix’s game offerings. Fantasma Games has titles integrated with over 250 operators in 50 countries. It provides more than 29,000 games through its SlotMatrix platform and its own Armadillo Studios. The company noted that Fantasma Games is a respected developer with a strong management team and well-established game production and distribution.
