Career Overview
Ryan began her career in human resources at Westgate Resorts from 2004 to 2006. She managed employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, and other topics and handled new hire paperwork and orientations. However, in May 2006, Ryan joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Corporate Recruiting Manager. For nearly five years, she recruited for corporate and executive positions, managed college programs, and oversaw the candidate experience. She also handled the assessment system.
However, she is a person who never prefers to stop. Thus, in March 2011, we witnessed her becoming the HR Manager at Harrah’s New Orleans. She supported property leaders with recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations. She led a team in recruitment practices and worked on streamlining departmental operations. Her career kept growing, and in August 2012, she moved to Horseshoe Cincinnati as the HR Director within Caesars Entertainment. She helped recruit and hire employees for the property’s 2013 opening, playing a crucial role in the successful launch. In March 2014, Ryan was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Horseshoe Cincinnati. She led the HR team in recruitment, training, engagement, employee communications, compensation, and benefits while maintaining business employment policies.
Another shift in her career came in June 2014, as she joined Seminole Gaming as the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition. She managed recruitment and employment processes for all Florida Seminole Gaming properties and built relationships with local colleges. Her success led to her promotion to Vice President of Global Talent & Team Member Relations at Seminole Gaming in 2017, where she managed global team member relations. In 2018, Ryan joined Seminole Hard Rock Support Services as Vice President of Talent & Team Member Relations. In July 2024, she was promoted to Head of Human Resources, a role she still holds. Ryan is also involved with the Women of Seminole Gaming group, Junior Achievement of South Florida, and the Southern Development Committee of Global Gaming Women.
