New Appointment at GamCare
GamCare has announced Alexa Roseblade as its new Chief of Staff, effective immediately. In this role, Roseblade will be part of GamCare’s Leadership Team, overseeing the charity’s governance program, operational delivery, and internal processes. She will also work on strengthening relationships and partnerships to further GamCare’s mission to support those affected by gambling harm.
Roseblade’s Background
Roseblade, who has been with GamCare for four years, previously managed the Children and Young People’s Team. This includes the Young People’s Service and the Young People’s Gambling Harm Prevention Programme (YPGHPP), which, since April 2020, has reached 133,000 young people and 28,000 professionals with support and information.
Previous Experience
Before joining GamCare, Roseblade worked at Cancer Research UK, where she was involved in international operations, strategy, and the charity’s philanthropic efforts.
Upcoming Changes
This appointment follows the announcement of Tim Hodgetts as GamCare’s new Director of Clinical Operations, who is set to join in August 2024. Shareholders and members will be able to see these changes after a short period of time.
