Then, in December 1998, Isaacs moved to the gaming industry, joining Aristocrat as President. He held this role for over seven years, until May 2006. After that, he joined Bally Technologies in June 2006 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives for nearly five years. In April 2011, Isaacs became the Chief Executive Officer at Shuffle Master, serving until November 2013.
